We aim to hold stocks of all lines illustrated on our website and aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly.

Delivery prices may change for heavier items such as stable equipment or due to shape and size. If this occurs we will notify you within 24 hours. We will advise you on the new price of delivery and at this stage you can advise us either to send goods or to cancel your order.
Please note, we currently deliver to the following countries outside the United Kingdom & Ireland: France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Poland, Netherlands, Switzerland, USA & Canada
At Checkout, please select the “International Orders (Non UK & Ireland): Pay Later” payment option. Annaghmore Saddlery will then contact you with accurate shipping costs. You will then be sent an invoice including shipping costs. On receipt of full payment we will process your order for delivery. Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
International Taxes & Duties
Additional taxes or fees may apply depending on local legislation. Any customs or import duties charges when the goods have reached your destination are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we are unable to advise of the cost of any of these charges as they vary from country to country. Some countries also have restrictions on certain products and materials. It is your responsibility to determine whether there are any restrictions that may effect the delivery of your order in your selected destination. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Also please be aware that we are restricted to shipping a total 1000ml of liquids for International orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We guarantee to refund any non sale item (less postage & packing) that you are not completely happy with when returned to us in saleable condition and in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Returns made after 10 days (or soiled goods) will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Always remember to enclose a copy of the receipt of the goods which are being returned.
Sale/reduce items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges: Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee for goods, which are being exchanged.
Goods being returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health and safety Act 1972.
Always obtain a receipt for postage with insurance from the Post Office when making a return. This will enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit back to us.
Annaghmore Saddlery cannot refund or exchange any items which have been personalised (e.g. Rugs with embroidery)

Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods, we will reimburse all your normal carriage costs in so doing.
