Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, click on the items you wish to buy and ‘Add to Basket’. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details to satisfy the order.
We guarantee to refund any non sale item (less postage & packing) that you are not completely happy with when returned to us in saleable condition and in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Returns made after 10 days or soiled goods will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Always remember to enclose copy receipt of goods, which are being returned.
Sale/reduce items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee for goods, which are being exchanged.
Goods being returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health and safety Act 1972.
Always obtain a receipt for postage with insurance from Post Office when making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit.
Annaghmore Saddlery cannot refund or exchange any items which have been personalized (e.g. Rugs with embroidery)

Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods, we will reimburse all your normal carriage costs in so doing. We accept all major credit cards.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Goods in stock will be dispatched while goods placed on backorder will be forwarded free of delivery charge once in stock.
It is our aim to keep our website up to date on pricing and descriptions, if an error occurs after you have placed your order we will contact you to let you know the correct details. Then you can decide to confirm your order with the correct information or either cancel the order.
We aim to hold stocks of all lines illustrated on our website and aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly.

Next day delivery will not apply if an order is placed after 12 noon and is not applicable on orders placed on Fridays as no deliveries occur on Saturdays.
* Delivery prices may change for heavier items such as stable equipment or due to shape and size if this occurs we will notify you within 24 hours. We will advise you on the new price of delivery and at this stage you can advise us either to send goods on or to cancel your order.

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
Your privacy is very important to us.
We will not pass your details to any other party, other than, of course, any postal service we use for the purpose of delivering your goods.
