Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. We will reimburse all your normal carriage costs in so doing. If you require help on any aspect of our returns policy please contact us.

We accept all major credit cards using both Stripe & PayPal.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Goods in stock will be dispatched while goods placed on backorder will be forwarded free of delivery charge once in stock.
It is our aim to keep our website up to date on pricing and descriptions. If an error occurs after you have placed your order we will contact you to let you know the correct details. At this point you can decide to confirm your order with the correct information or cancel the order for a full refund.

We will not pass your details to any other party, other than, of course, any postal service we use for the purpose of delivering your goods.
